ChatsUp has its own built-in private messaging system that lets you send secret messages that can be remotely deleted at any time from the recipient's device, and urgent messages that bypass Do Not Disturb and reach the recipient immediately even when their phone is silenced.
ChatsUp also lets you schedule messages to be sent at a future date and time with flexible repeat patterns, and set up emergency messages with your location that are instantly sent to your chosen contacts with a single long press of a button.
Before sharing any content — a message, image, video or post — ChatsUp gives you the option to check it with the AI app installed on your device. This helps you verify that the content is appropriate, accurate, and legally safe to share before you send it.
How does ChatsUp protect your privacy?
Privacy is at the heart of ChatsUp. The server never stores your messages, posts, or media. All content is encrypted and permanently deleted from the server the moment it is delivered to your device. The only information the server ever holds is your encrypted phone number — nothing else.

1. Introduction
ChatsUp ("we", "our", "the app") is built on a single principle: your private life is none of our business. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and — more importantly — what we do not do with it.
2. What we collect
The only information ChatsUp stores about you is your phone number, encrypted. We do not store your name, email address, location, device information, or any other personally identifying information. We have no way to identify who you are from the information we hold, and we have no interest in doing so.
3. What we do with your messages and content
All messages, social media posts, media files, emails and any other content that passes through the ChatsUp server is encrypted in transit and permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers the moment it is delivered to your device. We do not read it, we do not analyze it, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone. Once it is gone from our server it is gone forever.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to anyone, ever
- We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, governments, or any third party
- We do not build a profile of you or your behavior
- We do not use your content for advertising or any commercial purpose
- We do not use analytics tools that track your usage
- We do not show you ads
5. Advertising and commercial content
ChatsUp does not generate, place, or sell advertising of any kind. Any commercial content, sponsored posts, or advertisements that you may see within the app are sourced exclusively and unmodified from the social media platforms you are already connected to — such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others. These ads are shown to you because they appear in your feed on those platforms, not because of any commercial relationship between ChatsUp and any advertiser. We do not receive any payment or benefit from advertisers, and we do not use your data to target you with ads.
We deliberately include advertisements from the feeds of the various platforms in order to respect and support their business model. Clicking on any advertisement or sponsored link within ChatsUp will take you directly to the advertiser's destination exactly as it would if you had clicked on the same ad from within the platform itself — no redirects, no intermediaries, no tracking by us.
6. Third party platforms
ChatsUp connects to third party platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and your email and SMS. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. ChatsUp does not share any of your information with those platforms beyond what is necessary to retrieve your content.
7. Security
All communication between your device and the ChatsUp server is encrypted using SSL. Your phone number is stored in encrypted form. We apply industry standard security practices to protect the limited information we hold.
8. Children
ChatsUp is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make any material changes to this privacy policy we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of ChatsUp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading, installing or using ChatsUp ("the app", "we", "our") you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Who Can Use ChatsUp
You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatsUp. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 you confirm that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the app.
3. Lawful Use Only
ChatsUp is a tool for personal communication and social media aggregation. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are solely and fully responsible for all content you send, share, or distribute using ChatsUp. We are not responsible for any illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unlawful use of the app by any user.
Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:
- Sending or sharing illegal content of any kind
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of any person
- Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive conduct
- Distribution of malware, spam, or unsolicited content
- Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international law
4. Your Responsibility for Content You Share
Before sharing any content — including messages, images, videos, posts or any other material — you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to share it and that doing so does not violate any law or third party rights. ChatsUp provides you with the option to review any content using your device's installed AI application before sharing it. We strongly encourage you to use this feature, particularly when you are unsure whether content is appropriate, accurate, or legally permissible to share. However, the use of this feature is entirely at your discretion and does not transfer any responsibility from you to us.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
ChatsUp aggregates content from third party platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, email and SMS. All content retrieved from these platforms remains the intellectual property of its original creators and owners and is subject to the copyright laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
- ChatsUp does not claim ownership of any content retrieved from third party platforms
- You must not use ChatsUp to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any copyrighted content without the express permission of the copyright owner
- Sponsored posts and commercial content delivered through the app originate exclusively from the platforms you are connected to and are the property of their respective owners and advertisers
6. Third Party Platforms
ChatsUp connects to third party platforms to retrieve your content. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service and policies. ChatsUp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third party platform. Any disruption, change, or termination of a third party platform's service may affect ChatsUp functionality and we accept no liability for this.
7. AI Content Review Feature
ChatsUp provides an optional feature that allows you to check content using an AI application installed on your device before sharing it. This feature is provided as a convenience only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated assessment. The decision to share any content remains entirely yours and you bear full responsibility for that decision regardless of any AI assessment.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ChatsUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that the app will be compatible with all devices or operating systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatsUp and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to damages arising from loss of data, loss of revenue, or unauthorized access to your communications. This includes any damages arising from illegal or unauthorized use of the app by any user.
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app. Your continued use of ChatsUp after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
